We accept returns for 30 days from date of delivery.

Flat $5.00 standard ground shipping is offered for all orders in continental USA. Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days from the time the order is shipped. Most in-stock items usually ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days after your order is placed online. Possible shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons and promotional events. We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; weekends or US holidays do not count as business days. We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS.

Express Shipping is available Monday-Friday for most products in the continental US and carries an additional charge with two-day ($30) and overnight ($50) options available. We ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

International/Canadian shipping rates do not include duty and brokerage fees. These additional fees are our Neighbors’ responsibility. Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our website or on social media do not apply to International/Canadian Shipments. All items ship from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars. Rush or Express delivery is not available for Canadian/International shipments. Certain items cannot ship internationally. Shipping times posted on our website, social media or on marketing and promotional materials do not apply to International orders. PERIODIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AMOUNTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH PERIOD (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, ETC).  As authorized by you when placing your order, Beekman 1802 will automatically renew your subscription on a periodic basis (depending on the subscription you choose).  We will charge the applicable subscription amount to the payment method you chose during the initial order process.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging on to your account page on Cancellations (via your account page on the website) must be received at least one full calendar day prior to the next recharge date to avoid being charged for that shipment. Cancellation requests received after that shall take effect the following period.
