Points can be earned for reviews on Verified Orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to you a couple of weeks after your order was placed. From that email you can submit a review on a recent verified order. Reviews written on the website directly are not able to be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Reward points.

To join Neighbor Rewards, If you already have a beekman1802.com log-in, you’re already a Neighbor Rewards member. The Neighbor Rewards program is open to all Neighbors in the US and Canada. Some features, like free shipping are exclusive to US residents.

There are many ways to earn Neighbor Rewards points. Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at beekman1802.com. You can also earn points if you follow us on social, book a skincare consultation, or view our Goat Cam!

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity.

Redeeming points is easy! Log into your account and click on Redeem My Points to turn your points into exclusive discounts on the best goat milk skincare and bodycare.

Log into your account to view the amount of reward points you have. Reward points start to accumulate after you create an account.

Tiers expire one year after the level is not maintained.

Points cannot be earned on past purchases. Points are accumulated after an account is created.

Shipping and applicable taxes will be applied to your order.

Points will be deducted on any returns or store credits issued.

If you do not see points on an action, please reach out to us 24 hours after the action was completed. Points on orders are added to the account once the order is fulfilled (shipped). You can contact us at neighborservices@beekman1802.com

Residents in the US and Canada are eligible to participate. Some features, like free ground shipping are only available in the US. We hope to grow the program in the future.

The Beekman 1802 Rewards Program is a tiered rewards program that allows Neighbors to earn points when they engage with Beekman 1802. Members receive reward points for each purchase. These points can be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. Neighbors may also earn points for other engagements like following us on social, sharing a review on a beekman1802com purchase, birthday points, visiting our Baby Goats, attending a skincare consultation and more.

Neighbor Rewards Eligibility

To be eligible for the Beekman 1802 Neighbor Rewards, you must be 16 years of age or older and reside in the United States or in Canada.
Beekman 1802 Loyalty Rewards membership is 100% free. There will never be a cost to you for participating. Visit beekman1802.com/pages/rewards to get started.
Beekman 1802 accounts that are already created will be activated into the Neighbor Rewards program. To view your account, log-in here.

Neighbor Rewards Points

Neighbors can create a Beekman 1802 Rewards account here.

Reward points can be earned at the Beekman1802 Kindness Shop in Sharon Springs NY and at beekman1802.com. Rewards points can be redeemed at the Sharon Spring Kindness Shop and at beekman1802.com.

Loyalty Rewards will start to accumulate on July 13, 2022. Orders placed before July 13, 2022 will not receive points. Points will not be earned on purchases made prior to opening an account.

Beekman 1802 Rewards do not have a cash value so they are not redeemable for cash. Beekman Rewards redemption may not be combined with other coupon codes or other discounts. Neighbor Reward points are not redeemable on subscriptions and subscribe & save. Beekman Rewards is not valid at calm.beekman1802.com. Beekman 1802 Rewards is not transferable to other accounts.

Once redeemed, Neighbor Reward discounts cannot be cancelled, and points cannot be reimbursed. The Rewards discount will be available in your account under the Rewards History section until you’re ready to use it.

Points for purchases are added to the account once the order is fulfilled (shipped). Please allow 48 hours after fulfillment to allow the account to update.

Points for incentives are updated within a 24-hour period. If you feel like you have earned points but they’re not showing up in your account, you can troubleshoot with these tricks:

-Try to refresh your browser.
-Try to log out and then back into your account.

Check your rewards history in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your rewards history will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made to your account.

There is not a limit to the number of points earned. There are limits (both lifetime or time limits) to certain bonus point initiatives.

Points expire one year after inactivity in the Beekman 1802 Rewards Program.

If you return an entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after reward point discounts. The points used to redeem the discount will be added back to your rewards account. Beekman reserves the right to treat refunds of rewards points on a case-by-case basis.

Neighbor Rewards Tiers

VIP Tiers are based on the total amount spent. Returns and refunds may affect the tier status. Tier status can be altered after one year of not meeting the tier limits.

Neighbors automatically receive free shipping on their orders after they enter into the Gold Tier. Orders that initiate entrance into the Gold Tier are not eligible for free shipping. Please note free shipping applies to domestic US Shipping in the United States only. Free shipping applies to ground shipping options only. Upgraded shipping is not eligible for a discount on the shipping costs. International shipping is not eligible for a discount on the shipping costs.

Referrals and Bonus Initiatives

Referred Friends must be first time customers for both of you to be eligible to receive the referrals rewards. The referral reward must be initiated through our rewards referral box on our rewards page or with your unique referral link to be eligible for a reward. Orders that were placed without using the referral link will not be eligible for compensation.
Points will be added to your account once your friend's order is placed and fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know a referral has been completed. The rewards history can be viewed in your account in the rewards history section.
To receive Birthday Points, add your birthday under ways to earn points on the rewards page. On your Birthday, we will send you an email and upload the birthday points to your account.
To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you are signed up. All successive birthday emails will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you registered your birthday through your rewards account any time after your birthday has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the next day of your birthday on the following year.
If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us at neighborservices@beekman1802.com.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Beekman 1802 reserves the right to alter, ban or terminate the Beekman 1802 Rewards program at any time. Beekman 1802 reserves the right to alter or adjust the terms of the program at any time. Beekman 1802 may alter or limit the points awarded at any time. Accounts with separate emails may not be merged.

A Beekman 1802 representative may close and zero out point balances for multiple accounts for abusing the program in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, wholesalers/re-sellers, opening multiple accounts per person or per address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and throughout the holdings of your account.
