Flat $8.00 standard ground shipping is offered for most items and orders shipped in continental USA. Advent Calendars have an $8 shipping fee. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional postage and customs fees.

Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is 5-6 business days from the time the order is shipped. Expedited orders ship within 2-3 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; weekends or US holidays do not count as business days. We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS.

We want every customer (or as we call you, Neighbor) to be entirely thrilled with their Beekman 1802 purchase. But if you’re not thrilled, we are happy to accept returns from purchases made at or from the Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop in Sharon Springs, NY.

Beekman 1802 accepts returns of items purchased directly from within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the return process with Beekman 1802, reach out to The Neighbor Services Team will email you a shipping label to print off and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return shipping costs are a $8 flat rate and will be deducted from your final refund. Advent Calendars incur an $8 shipping cost. Beekman 1802 does not pay for return shipping.

Upon receipt of your return to Beekman 1802, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Once processed, refunds will be reflected in the account used to place the original order within 10 business days.

Refunds processed with AfterPay will receive a separate email from AfterPay with details on the refund and cancellation of the payment plan.

If you return your item before contacting Neighbor Services, you may incur an extended timetable to process the refund. Items returned without a Beekman 1802 issued label will be shipped at the Neighbor’s expense and will not receive the $8 flat fee ($8 on advent calendar).

- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. - Refunds will reflect the purchase price and applicable sales tax of the item returned minus the flat shipping charge.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Beekman 1802 will not accept returns on partial gift sets. Only full gift sets can be returned for a refund.

- Beekman 1802 is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns from the carrier. If you’re concerned an item was lost in transit, please reach out to Neighbor Services with your tracking number.

- Beekman 1802 is not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Returning items to the Kindness Shop

The return policy below relates to any applicable orders purchased directly from the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop. Retail partners, including independent retailers, are excluded from the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop return policy.

Sharon Springs Kindness Shop purchases can be returned to the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop and via mail following the return policy. purchases may be returned to the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop. An order number from will be required to process the return.

Retail Partner Return Policy

Beekman 1802 items purchased from other retailers, including TV Shopping Retail Partners, should be returned to the original retailer within the terms set forth by the retail partner’s return policy. Beekman 1802 and the Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop are not able to process returns, exchanges or product replacements from purchases made with other retailers.

Express Shipping is available Monday-Friday for most products in the continental US and carries an additional charge with two-day ($30) and overnight ($50) options available.

Orders shipped via Express and 2-Day Shipping typically ship out within 2-3 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

PERIODIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AMOUNTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH PERIOD (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, ETC).  As authorized by you when placing your order, Beekman 1802 will automatically renew your subscription on a periodic basis (depending on the subscription you choose).  We will charge the applicable subscription amount to the payment method you chose during the initial order process.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging on to your account page on Cancellations (via your account page on the website) must be received at least one full business day prior to the next recharge date to avoid being charged for that shipment. Cancellation requests received after that shall take effect the following period.
