We offer a flat $5 shipping charge for items being shipped within the continental USA. For orders outside of the continental USA or other countries, different shipping rates apply.

We sure do. You can place your order right on our website or give us a call at 888.801.1802 option 1 to place your order. Shipping rates to APOs are shipped via USPS priority.

We do! Orders shipped to Canada are exempt from our flat $5 everyday shipping and free shipping offers. You can also find many Beekman items on The Shopping Channel in Canada too.

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold any orders unless there are extenuating circumstances like extreme weather events or emergencies.

We want every customer (or as we call you, Neighbor) to be entirely thrilled with their Beekman 1802 purchase. But if you’re not thrilled, we are happy to accept returns from purchases made at Beekman1802.com or from the Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop in Sharon Springs, NY.

Beekman 1802 accepts returns of unopened items purchased directly from beekman1802.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the return process with Beekman 1802, reach out to Neighborservices@beekman1802.com. The Neighbor Services Team will email you a shipping label to print off and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return shipping costs are a $5 flat rate and will be deducted from your final refund. Beekman 1802 does not pay for return shipping.

Upon receipt of your return to Beekman 1802, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Once processed, refunds will be reflected in the account used to place the original order within 10 business days.

Refunds processed with AfterPay will receive a separate email from AfterPay with details on the refund and cancellation of the payment plan.

If you return your item before contacting Neighbor Services, you may incur an extended timetable to process the refund. Items returned without a Beekman 1802 issued label will be shipped at the Neighbor’s expense and will not receive the $5 flat fee.

- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. - Refunds will reflect the purchase price and applicable sales tax of the item returned minus the flat shipping charge.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Beekman 1802 will not accept returns on partial gift sets. Only full, unopened gift sets can be returned for a refund.

- Opened items that are returned to Beekman 1802 will not be refunded.

- Beekman 1802 is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns from the carrier. If you’re concerned an item was lost in transit, please reach out to Neighbor Services with your tracking number.

- Beekman 1802 is not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Returning items to the Kindness Shop

The return policy below relates to any applicable orders purchased directly from the Sharon Springs Kin. Retail partners, including independent retailers, are excluded from the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop return policy.

Sharon Springs Kindness Shop purchases can be returned to the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop and via mail following the beekman1802.com return policy.

Beekman1802.com purchases may be returned to the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop. An order number from beekman1802.com will be required to process the return.

Retail Partner Return Policy

Beekman 1802 items purchased from other retailers, including TV Shopping Retail Partners, should be returned to the original retailer within the terms set forth by the retail partner’s return policy. Beekman 1802 and the Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop are not able to process returns, exchanges or product replacements from purchases made with other retailers.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Sometimes at the end of the day, the mail carriers will mark the packages they did not have the time to deliver as delivered. They are typically delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Please let us know once it arrives.

B.1802 accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and Beekman 1802 e-gift cards on our website. We also offer interest-free installments through Afterpay. Over the telephone, we can accept all major credit cards and Beekman 1802 E-Gift Cards.

If you are placing an order on our website and your card is declined, please double check to make sure all of the information is entered accurately. If the trouble persists, give us a call at 888.801.1802 option 1. We’re open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

Once your order is completed on Beekman1802.com, we will email you an order confirmation to the email address provided during the ordering process. The order confirmation may end up in your junk or spam folders. Don’t see your order confirmation email, email our Neighbor Services Team at neighborservices@beekman1802.com. We will be happy to look the order up. Once our warehouse ships your package, we will send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.

The reminder email is automatically generated if an item remains in the shopping cart. If you placed an order and received the email after your order was complete, this is because the browser you were using did not recognize the order being processed. You can ignore these emails.

Feel free to email us at neighborservices@beekman1802.com to verify your order was processed okay.

1. When you place an order for a gift use the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Be sure to add your gift note to the order while in the initial shopping cart section.
3. At checkout, add the recipient's information in the shipping address location and then during billing add your information.
4. If the billing address isn't perfect, it's OK. The recipient will not receive a bill.
5. Complete purchase and then have an amazing day!

100% of our Beauty products are made in the USA. A lot of our artisan pieces are made within 100 miles from Sharon Springs.

Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop is located at 187 Main Street in Sharon Springs, NY 13459. We are open 7 days a week from 10 AM- 6 PM (except Christmas, Thanksgiving & New Years.)

The farm is open occasionally for tours. Please sign up for our email newsletter for announcements on future tours. Because Beekman 1802 Farm is a private residence and working farm, we must restrict access to Farm Tour dates only.
