This Privacy Notice applies to personal information processed by Beekman 1802, Inc. (“Beekman 1802,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) in the course of our business, as collected from our website(s) (each a “Site”) and our related online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

Information You Provide to Us.

Account Creation. If you create an Account, we will ask you for your name and email address.

Purchase Information. If you make a purchase with Beekman 1802, we will record the personal information and details associated with the transaction. Please note that we use a third-party service provider to collect and process payment card information. In addition, we may record telephone calls between you and our representatives for training and quality assurance purposes.

Interactive Features. Beekman 1802 may offer interactive features such as commenting functionalities, review forums, chat services, and social media pages. Beekman 1802 and other individuals who use our Services may collect the information you submit or make available through these interactive features. Any information shared on the public sections of these channels will be considered “public” and may not be subject to the privacy protections referenced herein.

Registration for Sweepstakes or Contests. We may run sweepstakes and contests. Contact information you provide may be used to reach you about the sweepstakes or contest and for other promotional, marketing and business purposes, if permitted by law. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of winners. These rules do not apply for any sweepstakes conducted via SMS.
