We stand behind our goods and services and want Neighbors to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our Neighbors – to deal with them fairly and reasonably and we hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied, please contact our customer service team using the contact form below. We only accept returns for 30 days from date of delivery for purchases from beekman1802.com and the Kindness Shop. Please note that we are unable to process returns, exchanges or discounts from TV, Ulta or Amazon.  

We and our artisans care deeply about ensuring that our products are in perfect condition. If you find flaws in our products and request a refund, we ask that you either return the product and/or send us a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again. 

Returns and Exchanges

Clothing that has been worn or washed is not eligible for exchange. Beekman 1802 will cover shipping expenses for size-related product errors of Clothing and Kindness Merchandise only. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all other returns and exchanges. 

To start the return process for your Beekman 1802 order, please visit the Beekman 1802 Return Center with your order number ready and follow the prompts in the return questionnaire. Be sure to use the email address associated with your order. Once complete, your Return Documents will be sent to your email address.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned to and exchanged in our Kindness Shop.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a one hour cancellation window. If you are still within the one hour window, you may cancel your order directly through the order confirmation page or your order confirmation email. 

You can cancel your order: 

  • On your order confirmation page after placing your order. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our Website. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our App.

After the one-hour window has passed, the Cancel button will no longer be visible. 


Farm Tour Ticket Cancellation Policy

Tickets to tour Beekman 1802 cannot be refunded. 

Discounts & Gift Cards

Discounts may not be applicable to some artisan items, bundles, subscriptions and experiences.

Newsletter Welcome discount code for newsletter subscription is eligible for only new subscribers only. Limit one use per customer.

Multiple discounts cannot be applied on the sale of one product.

Sale products are ineligible for additional discounts.

Gift cards expire 5 years from purchase date if unused.

Neighbor Rewards codes can not be combined with other coupon codes or sales and are not redeemable on subscriptions and subscribe & save purchases.

Canceled, Sold Out, and Out of Stock Items

If anything in your order is canceled or sold out due to stock fluctuations, that item in your order will be refunded when the rest of your order ships. During sales, flash sales, and other site-wide events, rain checks will not be given out of sold out or out-of-stock items.     

Autoship (Subscribe & Save) Terms and Conditions

Autoship (Subscribe & Save) is only available on select bath, body and skincare items, shipping in the U.S. only, but please note Kindness Merchandise, limited edition and select bodycare are excluded.
