Hi Dr. Brent, it was great to see you on Friday. Our house hunting has provided one possibility right on Main St. in Cherry Valley. My next problem would be to find a doctor who would accept that I do not beleive in invasive medical testing, will do blood work for my thyroid and r-rays but not much more. Religious stuff here. If i can figure this out, we will offer on the house and I will be in "beekman Country" as soon as we could make the house liveable, it is a bit of a wreck because it froze last winter. But that is what Steve does, fixes houses. Will keep you posted. Love Centralia PS My brother builds schools in the Sudan. I finally remembered the country.

Anita, congratulations, how did you find out that you won?

I think I won!!!!!!

I enjoyed the last episode so much, very sweet Josh dad and less bickering. I think the bickering was getting to be a bit much! Oh, my hubby just got home from putting the dock in at our cabin, gotta go. I'll look for tics.

there are about 11 people left in Centralia. It still has a working town council that meets every month, a fire dept and an ambulance squad. There are about 6 houses left. It is heartbreaking. Especially since the fire is going out. Centralia

Centralia,

Very good website. I went to college in Bloomsburg, and had many trips to Centralia as a student and even used that way as a way to get home from Bloom through the years.

About how many people are still living in the town? I know last time I was up that way it wasn't that many, and I had no idea they was going to be a trial still.

Keep up the good work on keeping people informed about Centralia, it's got a brilliant history.

Good Morning Fabulous Dr. Brent, I will be house hunting in Cherry Valley next weekend. This weekend we head to Conn. for Steve's Mom's 95th birthday. I wanted to give you a place to read more about where my name Centralia Heart comes from. First it was my You-Tube name, then I adopted it as my pen name. My partner in Pa. has a website that might interest many folks. It is a story about people fighting to save their homes in Pa. http://www.oscette.com/centralia.htm We have been working on this for about 2 years now. Hope to get to your shop again when I am in Cerry Valley. Centralia

I've watched the show from the beginning and have loved every episode!

I recently purchased Bucolic Plague for my nook and am very impressed with Josh's humor, writing style, and openness. I've been inspired to want my "Best Life" epiphany and can't wait to get started. Thank you Josh and Brent for being facilitators and teachers of what I now call Beekman Academy. HERE COMES THE BRIDE!

Dear Kitty,

My prayers are with you. Hang in there and as Lance Armstrong says, LIVESTRONG. Keep positive, keep your laughter, keep good healthy thoughts.

I read in my local newspaper this morning that Gov. Cuomo is hopeful that gay marriage will be legalized in NY in the near future. Can we look forward to a wedding at the Beekman Farm? What a lovely venue for a wedding!

I just finished reading The Bucolic Plague wanting to have finished it prior to this contest ending – I thought it might give me good luck I suppose. I expected to be entertained but especially loved Josh's take on the quest to make and have "Good Things" as well as to "Live our Best Life." I had been so disappointed in myself that I could not seem to live up to Martha and Oprah's standards but thanks to Josh, I realized that I had been viewing things all wrong. I believe in writing this book, Josh will not only save a slew of people from a life of anti-anxiety meds but more importantly, from feeling they aren't good enough.

Thank you Josh.

Hi Dr. Brent, thanks for the wecome to the hood. The house has some very serious structural issues (which Steve can fix), and according to the owners, some really serious paranormal issue (which I have discussed with my team North East Spirit Investigations) We will be giving this very serious thought this week. Steve loves the house. I love the grounds. I am crossing my fingers that we make the right decision. Centralia
