Don’t go: “yuck!” We know that kale is good for us, but you know what, it tastes good too! Paired with banana and pineapple, this smoothie has a tropical feel. This works well with either regular or baby kale.

1 cup chopped fresh kale (1 1/2 ounces)
1 small banana (5 ounces), sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 ice cubes


Combine the kale, banana, yogurt, pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, and ice cubes in a blender and puree until thick and smooth.
