The Hearty Boys rose to fame on the Next Food Network Star. At their new restaurant in Chicaco, SpritzBurger, they’ve created a signature burger inspired by Beekman 1802!

In large mixing bowl, use hands to loosely combine beef, lamb, salt & pepper. (Do not over mix or hamburgers will not remain juicy.) Gently shape into 6 – 8 patties, and make depression in center of patty with thumb. Grill over hot coals, for approximately 4 minutes per side until interior of burger reads 150F for medium rare, or 160F for medium. During last minute of cooking, add a dollop of chèvre on top of each patty. (Do not let it melt off.)
Toast buns, cut side down, briefly on grill. Top chèvre burger with 1 tablespoon of Blaak Onion Jam, & heirloom tomato slice.
