Team Beekman member Megan is famous for creating custom smoothies for whatever ails us. But unlike most healthy smoothies, Megan’s yummy concoctions go down, well, smoothly.

Ingredients

Mango Honey Green Smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • large handful of spinach
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Ginger Creamed Honey
  • filtered water or nut milk of choice¬†(fill to cover ingredients)

Honey Oat Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of raw rolled oats
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Vanilla Creamed Honey
  • filtered water or nut milk of choice¬†(fill to cover ingredients)

Cinnamon Banana Nut Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon of natural nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Cinnamon Creamed Honey
  • filtered water or nut milk of choice (fill to cover ingredients)

Pina Colada Smoothie (w/ booze)

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 ounces Captain Morgan spiced rum (or try coconut rum for tropical vibes)
  • 1/2 lime, juice only
  • 5 ice cubes
