Move over spice cake. Sayonara cinnamon toast. We love chai tea, with its warming peppercorn, cardamom, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and star anise spices. So we thought we'd see how we could incorporate it into a small batch jelly. Turns out the spice combo is just perfect for toast, poundcake, cornbread...anything you usually add cinnamon and similar spices to. Honestly...sometimes we can't believe we're the first to think of these things. :)
