Just like Beekman Farm inspires everything we create at Beekman 1802, it also inspires others who happen upon it.  This gets us into all sorts of adventures.

You may remember one of Josh’s tales of a fashion shoot at the farm in which the handsome male models were instructed to “roll around the hay”.    We laughed furtively from the other side of the barn knowing good and well that the pile of “hay” they were cavorting in was the winter’s worth of manure that had recently been shoveled from the goat stalls.

This time, we were on the other side of the camera and luckily got to cavort with a gorgeous model named Julia Morrison.

In this shoot, styled by Montgomery Frazier for ZINC Magazine and shot by photographer Babak, the story was of a weekend-in-the-country menage-a-trois but with a twist–the men found true love in one another.

You guys totally make bow ties look cool. (yes, a doctor who reference). And Josh and no glasses in the one picture, he looks good without his glasses on.

Great photo shoot!

WHOA! Sun glasses alert for some of the plaids!! Love the photos though. Would love to see a photo of the models
cavorting in the “goat poop” hay. Did you ever tell them?? I suppose if they read your Blog they know it now. City people are so gullible about farming and some of my B&B guests ask the funniest questions. Sometimes it’s hard to keep a straight face while trying to give them an answer they can understand.
