Hi Neighbors,

From August 22 to September 27, 2019, new subscriptions to our Almanac, Beauty Box, and Cheese Club cannot be purchased. We're retooling our systems behind the scenes to make the experience of buying a subscription more enjoyable than ever. Below are a few answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions not answered here, feel free to contact Neighbor Services at 1-888-801-1802 ext. 1 or email customerservice@beekman1802.com.

Are subscriptions gone forever?

Not forever, just until September 27.

Is the Almanac or Beauty Box ending?

Nope! Your favorite quarterly publication is still in print and you'll still be able to receive great new products through our Beauty Box. There are no changes being made to existing subscription services. 

What if I want to buy a gift subscription?

Sorry, but gift subscriptions will also be unavailable during this time.

I'm already subscribed to the Almanac/Beauty Box/Cheese Club, will I be affected?

Nope! All existing subscriptions and gift subscriptions will continue on as normal. 

I'm already subscribed, but I need to change my address or billing information. What do I do?

For changes to existing subscriptions, contact Neighbor Services at 1-888-801-1802 ext. 1 or email customerservice@beekman1802.com.

  • Today I saw a video that Josh and Brent did about the Harvest Festival and they had on a great cap with a goat on it. I saw they were in the mercantile and wondered if they could be purchased online or by phone. I want one so badly for my Beekman husband!! I am going to call tomorrow also if I don’t get an answer sooner. If they are not for sale until after the Harvest Festival for those of us who cannot attend, can one be set aside for me? Thank you so much.

    I understand the limitations of your production & having items marked as SOLD OUT on your site. I have seen you on HSN & QVC say that a certain item will not be around again for a year, etc. and also that you do know your production schedule. I’m wondering specifically when the deodorant will be back in stock? I also wonder if it would be possible to put an approximate date an item will be back in stock next to the SOLD OUT label?

    Love your beauty & cleaning products and recently signed up for the Beauty Box subscription. Can’t wait until October to get my first one.

    Thank you & keep up the good work. Please don’t sell out to a larger company for a while as both Philosophy and IT cosmetics have done.

  • Hi Neighbors and Friends, I have been an excited fairly new user of your products and NOT DISSAPPOINTED YET. I find myself waiting and checking whenever you are on HSN (our first encounter) and QVC. I check this BEEKMAN 1802 site often to check out New as well as most favorite things. I am hooked on your devotion and true approach to providing the Products that are good for us. I subscribe to the Beauty Box and Ordered my first Bounty Box this Winter and love them.
