  I added this dish to my Christmas dinner menu to replace the typical overly sweet mashed version. I was able to prepare them the day before and reheat in the skillet while the turkey rested. A new family favorite!!! Even those who love the marshmallow covered potatoes raved over these. Everyone took some home in their leftover tins. None left for me, next year I must make a double batch!
