made your apple cider glazed turkey and it was FABULOUS…just like you guys. I have a friend who has a farm in New Salem Mass and they make apple cider, and syrup which is divine. Google New Salem preserves. However, as I didnt have enough of their syrup I used their apple cider and soy sauce , boiled it down and it was heaven. thanks again guys
I basted my turkey with apple cider with Mt. Gay rum whisked in. Wow was it great! I have also developed an apple cider gravy. Centralia Heart
Made the Apple-Glazed Roast Turkey this year, it was fantastic. First time I can remember that our turkey did not turn out dry (even though it was over-cooked). So moist and flavorful, is certainly a keeper and one I will make again and again. Easy to make.
I prepared the bourbon turkey for a pre Thanksgiving dinner in upstate N.Y. I and from Pa. This was my second time for this recipe and it exceeded my expectations. Everyone loved it. Thank you for a GREAT recipe. Ellen Durant.
Yum! Can’t wait to try some of these! Thank you!
