Great idea!!! I wrote a tutorial with photos for a similar idea in which I painted the styrofoam spheres then glued lavender buds to them. Found various containers around the house to display them in. A candlestick will be the next I try. Thanks.

I love this idea. For some reason, I hear Brini Maxwell in my ear saying, “now, why didn’t YOU think of that?”

I may have to try some variations on the theme.. moss covered spheres to accent a fall table arrangement, beautifully colored fall leaves, holly leaves for the holidays… I can go on and on.
