Send good wishes Farmer John’s way….

get well farmer john

This week Farmer John went into the hospital for some surgery, which went very well. But he’s gonna be laid up for awhile, so please send him your best wishes in the comment section below. We know both he and the goats will love to read them.

[And a very big special thanks to Jason, John's parents, nephews, and sister who'll be watching over John & the herd as he recuperates.]

Happy to hear the surgery went well. Now, I know for a hardworking man, it’s not easy to recouperate! Rest and relax and let the people who love you do what they do best – pamper Farmer John. The hearts of the goats grow fonder with your short absence! Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

    Dear John,
Was this secret surgery the one you have been talking about for some time? Have you really gone and turned yourself into a goat? Oh the horror? I can see you now running wild on Main Street in beautiful downtown Sharon Springs !!!!!! You know what happens in the end? Don’t you? The good folks of Schoharie County will hunt you down and then milk you !!!!

    Wow!!!

Thanks again for all the well wishes.

I am recovering very quickly. I have been going to the barn again and doing some of the “chores”. My nephew Zach and my partner Jason have been doing most of them. I’ll be taking back over everything this coming week. I need to start getting things ready for kidding season. The first arrivals will be the second week of February. There are over 20 due to have kids in about a weeks time. I hope Brent is ready.
Special Hi to my Ladies, Jackie, Kay and Rhema.
